YULE TIDE RALLY 2018

i have just booked the site for this years event same site as last ,
DATES ARE 7TH-8TH-9TH DECEMBER 2018
(for you who need to book time off work )

full details prices etc as soon as i have them ,, as before there is bunkhouse accommodation if you don't want to camp ,

there will be a evening meal for everyone if wanted ,,, and cooked breakfast Saturday and Sunday ,,

auction gifts needed please ,,

John, have you done anything to reduce the smog this year or shall I bring my Breathing Apparatus?

Also, please remember that one of our party has "Special Needs"! :D

the other Tim is suppose to be bringing a 45gl wood burner with a flue that should work,,

The prices will be as follows:
Atlantic Lodge accommodation - £20.00 per person
Camping – as per past years £7.00 per night
Breakfast per meal - £6.00
main meals £5.00
real ale ,cider £2per pint
a small fee for fire wood

In terms of the Atlantic Lodge room sizes we have the following available:
AL1 – capacity x 9
AL2 – capacity x 9
AL3 – capacity x 16
AL4 – capacity x 16
AL5 – capacity x 5
AL7 – capacity x 15
AL8 – capacity x 14
AL9 – capacity x 15
AL10 – capacity of x3 rooms of x2 people and x1 room accommodating x4 people

If nearer the time you could just confirm the rooms that are going to be required and also the number of breakfasts that have been booked that would be great.

ANYONE THAT WANTS ACCOMMODATION MUST BOOK WITH THE SITE BOOKING OFFICE (CAMPING CAN BE PAYED ON THE DAY)

the office has asked me to take bookings for the bunkhouse accommodation ,

so now you can pay on the day, to save us a problem sorting this out,,, cash only as we don't want bother of cards or checks

Tim Selwin will be sorting this out for me

HI John

I now have shift cover and can attend the Yule Tide Rally.

I'll be coming down on the Friday 7th and staying two nights, in a bunk house please!
Is there a space in one of the smaller rooms??

i think its going tobe first come gets the choice ,,,

Tim Selwin is going to do this for me and he will take money and sort out a room ,

great to can get here Steve ,,, we have a few celebrities coming this year ,, the news went out that Tim couldn't come so there was a rush :D

Was another great Rally!

Have to say thanks to Devon John, Tim S and all the others that made it possible!

Weather was atrocious! Gale force winds, rain and hale at times!

A special mention for John's cooking!
Friday Stew was great, but Saturdays Lamb meal was just magnificent!

Thanks for make the effort to come down seeing the weather was a little blowy and damp !!!! :D

just to let you know we made a profit of £960 for the air ambulance
